I think the message is quite simple. I think that this is a re-drawn version of some other comic with a similar theme of "A accuses B of being something that A is."

In this particular comic the implication is that the tumblr-feminazies are ugly and fat while the Stormfront neo-nazis are skinny and possibly good looking. ...Or perhaps just average looking, hard to say from so simplistic art style. Either way, clearly the artist is trying to say that Stormfront users are not (or at least all of them aren't) "fat neckbeard virgins" like the straw-woman is saying.

And this could just be a troll image done by a random troll who wanted to troll feminists rather than by a neo-nazi.

I think it is a rolled up piece of paper. Presumably some type of  declaration or something. It looks like the "artist" photoshopped an another racist drawing into that sign but I can't be bothered to go look for the original one.

You may recall that back when Obama first campaigned for President, Time Magazine, or maybe it was The New Yorker, ran a cover with a cartoon of Obama and Michelle dressed in desert robes, holding AK's and giving each other a fist-bump. It was meant as satire of the rightwingnut media pundits. The fist-bump happened between the Obamas after a campaign speech, and the usual clueless old white conservative fuckwits freaked out, calling that common gesture a "thug" or "terrorist" hand signal.

I believe this cartoon above is just an example of Daryl Cagle, a respected cartoonist who for decades has been consistently even handed in critiquing pols from both parties, poking fun at rightwingnut hype.

It probably isn't even drawn by a Swede.

The thing is that racists on 4chan in particular and elsewhere as well REALLY hate Sweden. They complain that it is just a caliphate. They complain about the immigrants taking over the country and that the Swedish people are too accepting of muslims and Africans. They complain about "multiculturalism" which is practically a swear word among them now.

This comic is just another insult directed at the Swedish.
