According to TMZ, Rude Music Inc, a firm which is owned by a member of the band Survivor, filed a lawsuit yesterday (January 30) in Illinois and claims that Gingrich has used the song as his intro music at various events since 2009, despite never having sought permission from the band to do so.

See, this is how copyright is supposed to work. Also, Gingrich and his cronies are idiots, though I can't call them hypocrites since Gingrich didn't support SOPA.

Owned!  Yeah, the IP owner should be the one enforcing the copyright.  I mean, they're the fucking ones that own it.  This also demonstrates how EASY it is to "break" copyright law.
