Fucking rape? As opposed to the regular kind?
Fucking is often used as not only as a verb, but also in the colloquial, as a noun and, in this case, an adjective. The descriptor of "fucking," in this context, intends to describe the act of rape in a way so as to convey to the reader that the speaker greatly disproves of said rape.
To further clarify, I shall define some of the words:
Rape: An act or acts, sexual in nature, forced upon an unwilling person or group, perpetrated by another person or group.
Colloquial: A word or phrase that is used casually, often technically inaccurate, and often considered a "slang" or generational cultural word or phrase.
Noun: A word that is a person, place, or thing.
Verb: A word that conveys action.
Adjective: A word that describes a noun (person, place, or thing)
Fucking Rape: (sic: colloquial) A non-formal phrase used to describe the act of "rape" in a negative context, ie "I hate fucking rape."
