I was going to say that this is finally a line that does not sound like something your Palpatine avatar is saying. Then I realised that he isn't commenting on the punch he got served, he is merely stating that the punch he makes tastes like ass. Meaning that he has, on purpose, designed and served punch that literally tastes like ass, actual ass. And he is giving it to people. Presumably prisoners that he invited to his "evil-gloating-party" while he explains his nefarious plan (the plan includes making the prisoners drink punch that tastes like ass. Because he is just that evil.)
