So what's up with conspiracy theorists and thinking that the conspiracy perpetrators are like...ridiculously sloppy with their supposed conspiracy execution?  I suppose if I were to guess, they don't see the conspiracy they're claiming to expose as being blatantly sloppily executed.  Therefore they feel like they're fucking smart for catching some kind of cues/clues that show they're right.

Pretty much.  Only reason these Truthers exist is because they believe in their hearts nothing this tragic could happen without help from someone official.

Ironbite-of course I've already pointed out why this is stupid so...

I got a spam email today about the Sandy shooting been a "hoax"
Quote
Excerpt from Muad'Dib's January 7th, 2013 Critical Mass Radio interview:

...They used a poster child for this to get everybody's sympathy and to get everybody's emotions up so that they could hopefully bring in a gun ban. They used a little poster child, a little blonde-haired blue-eyed six year old girl. She was the face, the poster child. She was supposedly killed along with the other 19 six year olds and seven year olds at Sandy Hook. Three days later Obama was there doing a photo op and she's sitting on his knee. She's supposed to be dead, used as a poster child, this little girl died - she's sitting on Obama's knee three days later. The same little girl.

And then they have her parents interviewed. It shows that they're all actors. It never really happened, because the guy that was supposedly her dad, is shown in the video where he's to the side and he's laughing and joking with other people and then he's called up in front of the camera. He's off to the left. Then he's called to the center, to the focus of the camera to be interviewed and to give his speech about Sandy Hook and about his daughter. And he goes from on the side from laughing and joking with everybody, he comes up to the center and ... he takes the joking, smiling face off and you can see him physically trying to force his face to look sad and then he starts talking about how his daughter's been killed. They're actors. There were no bodies.

It was a made for TV drama to try to ram through the gun control laws, because they want to kill the American people and they can't kill armed people. That's why Hitler disarmed the Germans, it's why Stalin disarmed the Russians, it's why chairman Mao disarmed the Chinese and they killed between them something like 120 million of their own people. And that's what they want to do in America and they can't do it because the people have the Second Amendment and they have guns. So they have to do all of this, and they'll keep doing it. There will be more incidents like this, which are made for television, until they manage to persuade the American people to give up their guns. And then they'll start killing the Americans. Because the Americans are the only people stopping them from doing what they want to do already. They know they can't put their next phase, which is reducing the world's population, they can't put that phase into operation whilst the Americans have got millions
of guns.

They're harassing grieving folks at Sandy Hook too, claiming that they're nothing but actors. Disgusting.

Goddammit, KYM.

Goddamnit /x/ - they're fueling it too. I've been on there for days fighting these conspiracy freaks.

I've recently started going to 4chan and watching the threads on /v/ and /x/.  /x/ from what I've read aren't the ones spreading this but another board called /pol/, this is also the board where a bunch of holocaust deniers hang out as well from what I've come across.

And on this note, try to keep it at least somewhat serious. I am not a conspiracy nut, and I’m more inclined to believe that this video is just paranoia. However, as stated before, it does bring up some good points.

No, we don't have to treat this seriously. At all. I almost think many of these people are suffering from some type of personality disorder.

That would be the newfangled "I'm a sociopath with a low IQ (though IQ isn't everything) who desperately wants to shove my penis in something but nobody will hop on pop so I take it out on random people and believe every conspiracy possible" disorder. We're shorting it to Jerkass-Dickhead Disorder. There is no treatment.

Yeah there's a reason /pol/'s nickname is /stormfront/. /new/ got shut down because even 4chan couldn't stand their sheer racism.

Oh FFS, that's not a conspiracy theory, that's just simply some of the most bizarre nutshittery I've seen in a while.  But I suppose since it mentions that there's a cover-up about it that it may qualify.

The Earth is not going to become a star.  Never.  It doesn't have the proper elemental components in the proper ratios, size, mass, or anything else to become a star.  This thing boils down to the old expanding earth bullshit which has been debunked countless times.

If any planet in the solar system ever had a chance of becoming a star, it would be Jupiter.  But even as large as it is, it still doesn't have enough size and mass to become even a brown dwarf, which are just barely stars.

Now, someday billions of years into the future, the sun will become a red giant and quite possibly expand to or past the orbit of Earth, and our planet will be burnrd to a cinder and may become part of the dying sun.  But that's about the extent of it.
The heavens convince me there is no god.

Religion is an insult to human dignity. Without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.--Steven Weinberg
