Ok, I've got a couple suggestions for the Podcast as people we could have as guests.
The first is a couple friends of mine who are ultra conservative and somewhat religious. The good news is one of them knows how to take the piss quite well and frequently jokes about his politics as much as we make fun of them. The other one I got in to an argument with the last night over a new law in California letting trans kids use the bathroom of the gender they identify as. My position was summarized as "what the hell does the genitals of the person two stalls over matter when you're taking a piss?", to which he argued that it was immoral in his view and that they where abominations. When I asked clarification of abominations in what way, he said they are genetic abominations and are failures in the principle of survival of the fittest in that they won't reproduce. After the argument I asked if he'd be willing to be on the podcast and he said he'd need to know exactly what the subject of the podcast is in advance before he'd agree.
The next suggestion is, if we can contact her and get her to agree, the porn star Tatum Reed. Why? Because she's a hardcore conservative and is very religious. I think the contradictions of her profession and beliefs would make for an interesting discussion.

That's how the Conlangery podcast does it. All the host and guests are usually in different cities and states, so they do it all over Skype. Works pretty well.

That's how I do my two podcasts. ;)

I'd be happy to contribute in any way I can. Though I can't say that I'd be that interesting of a host.
