"Blue dog democrat" isn't nearly enough to describe this guy.
As far as I'm concerned, he needs to be arrested and put in jail for destruction of property. Oh, and naturally, he should be stripped of his title. IMMEDIATELY.

On a serious note, this shit about declaring war on the homeless has to stop. It's counterproductive in that it doesn't really solve any of the problems that put them in the streets in the first place, and really, is more about pandering to the idiots of society. This one belongs in a prison cell.

There's totally a party for people who hate homeless people and want to fuck with their shit as much as possible. Maybe he should join it?
