The "Am I the Only One Who..." Thread

Am I the only one that is completely fascinated by any singular bug crawling around. Seriously, I see an ant or a spider or a beetle crawing near me, I'll pick it up and be lost watching it for about 15 minutes

I do that sometimes, as long as the bug isn't in my house. Otherwise, I have to find the quickest way to get it out of my house, because I generally hate killing them.

Which brings me to another point. Am I the only one who feels really freaking guilty killing any bugs? (Stink bugs are the exception.)

I do, which is why; unless the creature poses a danger to me, my family, or my pets, I usually pick it up in some way and let it go outside.  However, I will kill black widow and brown recluse spiders on sight in the house.  I leave them alone when outside.

I can't even kill stinkbugs anymore hell, I felt guilty about vacuuming up spiders when I was cleaning my room

I started feeling guilty about killing stink bugs, but then I remembered that they used to bother my poor, old, blind dog. Now, no problem.

Stink bugs are invasive, you should have no qualms about killing them.

Am I the only one who has trouble hitting 5 through 0 on the number keys on the top of the keyboard when playing an MMO that uses those for hotkeys?

I have this problem because of the different games I play that use those keys. I'll have my fingers constantly positioned over 1-3 while I'm playing Sims to control the speed of time, which screws me up with stuff like Guild Wars because I have to expand beyond my typical 1-3.

Incidentally, do either of you two HATE it when people mix foods together (such as peas and mashed potatoes)

Back when I ate them, that was pretty much the only way I did. XD  The lunchroom supervisor used to get onto me for it all the time.

This. I have to fully separate everything on my plate. I don't like my vegetables touching each other, let alone the meat on my plate. Mixing corn and mashed potatoes makes me gag just thinking about it.
