Do you mean the "My dad is kicking me out" part or the "My boss claimed that I stole shit and fired me" part?
Because neither of those is especially likely to result in Dodongo having a warrant for his arrest.
As I recall, the boss had a mate in the police, so you can probably guess how that turned out.
Getting a warrant is harder than it seems, even if you're friends with a cop. The officer who wishes to have the warrant made needs factual evidence that the specific individual committed the crime (even just matching a description isn't factual evidence, as they need to know that YOU did it, not someone who looks like you; even witnesses identifying the perp based on a photo wouldn't fly with just a single person), and must present it to a neutral judge for a signature.
Even if the warrant was made and Will was arrested and charged, the preliminary investigations would rapidly prove the charges to be false before any trial commenced. I'm willing to bet that there would be some rather harsh questions regarding exactly what caused a warrant to be filled out for the arrest of an innocent person with no evidence, especially if anything was exaggerated or outright falsified (as it would have to be in this case) to get Will booked. Even if the boss just wanted to have Will arrested to harass him, it would result in more trouble than it's worth afterward and could result in some actual legal troubles for the guy.
