That's unusual. Normally, most sites prefer posting the story for those who can't/don't want to click a link and view it themselves. Some sites are blocked from view on certain computers, or don't load right, or require registration, etc.
Edit: I see that it supposedly infringes on copyright. I'd discuss that in another thread to avoid a total derail (so I ask that people please not respond to this message), but that's.....not quite right.
