That's because you are using a different definition Eurocentrism. It is possible that this straw-person of a SJW is using "Euro" to refer to ethnicity rather than location.

The latter is probably more likely.
i've seen it used geographically (like on a map), politically (as opposed to euro-sceptic), and sociologically (re:colonization). but i've never seen it used ethnically. there's just too much difference. hell, we live on two ends of the compass regarding europe, and we're not even talking about greece, bulgaria, or croatia. i'm sure someone would get offended mixing up a spaniard with a swede, nevermind serbs with croatians or something like that.
