Hi people! I was very new at the old place just as it moved; so now I am very old at the new place.

I suppose it would be quickest to just copy-and-paste my intro in the LGBT Thread:

I was invited to FSTDT forums a few days ago by gyeonghwa after something I posted elsewhere. Thanks, friend!  ;D

I am an almost asexual, autistic gay male brain with a (mostly) female body. Married for 32 years to a straight Aspie guy (IT geek and chess nerd) who appears gay. We met in 1979 through our mutual love of motorcycles. I used to reckon he only married me because I was a non-drinker who could ferry him home from the pub on the back of my motorcycle and fix it if it broke down on the way.  ;)

Mother to five, 1 daughter, 4 sons. Grandmother to eight (four biological grandsons and their four half-brothers/sister) and (it sometimes seems) half the denizens of the internet (the cool half, of course 8) ).

Came to Australia for six months in February 2005 and got stuck. Health issues mean I'm probably stuck here for life.

The photo in my sig was taken in 2001 on the West Coast of Ireland (home is in County Cork) and the bike is my 1988 GL1500 GoldWing, nicknamed Tigger (hence my username).

Alright, nobody panic. I have found my way back here. Break out the champagne and steaks, call back the search parties.

That bit of silliness aside, I am Rookie. I am a straight white married father of four and a half kids. There is much more about me, but I'm not sure what all is relevant. So, um, hello again all my old friends and I look forward to our newbies becoming our new friends.

Hey all. Again.

- Useless additions to threads
- Metalhead (bassist), especially modern prog/djent stuff
- Hopelessly liberal & anti-theist
- May try the IRC out now that there appears to be a link to it from here

You forgot gorgeous.  I demand that you post pics in the new forum's Member Picture Thread as soon as possible.

*over-dramatic sigh* if you insist... :P Don't have many new ones though.

And on a side note, that post was nice to wake up to. Thank you.
Her3tik, you have groupies.

Ah, a newbie-thread.

A new start as a newbie on new forum. Time for new identity? Like, can I, this time around be more that just a lurker, be cool and even post some pictures too? unlikely to happen, but hey, I can try :P

So "Hei!" to everyone, I'm maanantai. Getting older day by day, married to the man I love. Been mostly lurking, ramdomly posting at the forums and I still read the mainpage, sometimes even submit quotes there. Atheist. Female. Working (while planning to look for better (?) job). Fighting with weight (next plan: get taller!). Secretly wanting to have 10 kids just to fight those huge fundie families of mindles clone-children. Hopelessly un-romantic. And what else!

Oh, and I hate Mondays.

ah, what the hell.

- writer/editor/pre-reader extraordinaire for fanfic, mainly My Little Pony
- swordsman, fencer, and hammer fighter
- would-be blacksmith
- would-be scholar, for that matter
- not a nice person in general

Don't say that, I think you're a great person.

Yet none of you (no L, not even you) know me IRL.  Huge difference.  Sorry to break it to you.

I think I have the best chance of running into you IRL given the fact you live like an hour away from where I live. I'll be more than happy to meet you one day. ;D
