Restarting Fallout New Vegas cause I screwed up on my initial build.

Going back and forth between Civilization II and NHL 11.  I also got Skyrim for Christmas, but I have no clue what I'm doing.

Well I know the game itself, I just kept getting lost trying to find the quests.  I'd then just run around killing people.  Until I get the strat guide, I've just been playing other games.

I'm raging at Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 pretty hardcore right now. It seems like the game is doing everything it can to prevent me from getting access to more stuff.
