Got a fancy new fountain pen to compare to the one I'm getting off Amazon; its a bigger brand (Schaeffer) and is, as they say, known for quality, so it can serve as a good baseline for comparison.  I think I might have always been meant to write with a fountain pen.  It takes a little getting used to, but I'm already liking it a lot more than ballpoint and gel pens.  Get the pressure right, and the ink just fucking goes.  Unless something goes wrong with the nib, the ink will always just effing go, which is quite nice.

It was yesterday but I was too tired to type this:

Family had a huge birthday party. The party was for my two daughters, my nephew, my step-nephew and my dad. Their birthdays are not too far apart so we had a huge party with a bouncy castle and all.

The weather was surprisingly good. It was supposed to start raining at 11:00 but instead we had a pre-storm heat and a mildly cloudy day with the occasional thunderstrike in the distance but no rain well into afternoon. Then as we decided that the party is starting to cool down a bit and were taking down stuff the first raindrops came. We were literally almost finished with on guy sitting on the bouncy castle to make it deflate faster. And as soon as everything and everyone was indoors we got a Donald Trump huge rainstorm that lasted for an hour or two. (30 millimiters of rain in those few moments.)

Double post, but who gives a fuck, I passed all of my summer courses and that means I make up for flunking English 101 and Maths 101 so I now get grant money and don't have to pay out of pocket for college this semester.
