Specifically, the CEO of Juul, which makes vaping products, is advising non-smokers not to use Juul vapes, as they will get their users addicted to nicotine.
The CEO notes that their core products are targeted at current cigarette smokers, but acknowledged that the long-term health risks of vaping, including whether it is actually less bad for you than regular cigarettes, remain unknown.
