What annoys me, is how the conservatives are all whining now that some liberals are being nasty, and saying horrible shit about the creep while they completely ignore what he said after Ted Kennedy paased away. Now Kennedy wasn't a fucking saint, and I'm no way defending the Chappaquiddick incident, but Breibart spoke extreme ill of the dead,and may I say Karma can be a BITCH.

To hell with the “he has had kids all is forgiven” bullshit. He was a monster and an outright embarrassment to the field and integrity of journalism. All of which was for his own personal gain no less! As mentioned earlier, charities and innocent people were targeted because they could be used as scapegoats to gain influence and money via conservative media. He was even complicit in allowing neo-nazis to have influence at CPAC!


What the hell makes any one here think that he was capable of being a father? His absence is a good thing! I am calling it now, alcoholism and/or drug addiction led to him being either neglectful or abusive. You can't tell me he wasn't sauced 24/7. Knowing his RRAAAGGGGEEEE and “not being all there” those kids got beaten like a rug. In the United States Child Protective Services had a policy called Separation, TL:DR get the abusive parent away from those he/she abuses.

Fret not, his family will get insurance money and his blood money for support.

Just because he was unethical with how he treated liberals doesn't mean he was abusive to his family. We have no idea how he treated his family. While I have no sympathy for him, I do for his family. It really sucks and is hard losing a family member, and I think that's important to recognize.

Due to human nature it's incredibly easy to categorize people we don't know in to a group of "Other" based on some trait, political view, religion, nationality, ethnicity, etc and dehumanize and demonize them. It could simply be that he did that with liberals and viewed them as the enemy(I find this type of black and white, you're with us or against us viewpoint very naive, but lots of people view things that way). But that gives us no clue to how he treated his family.

Personally I totally disagreed with his political views, and found his actions repugnant. But to blithely assume he was abusive to his family is just as repugnant.
