I hope most of you know "twinkies" and other hostess products are probably going to still exist, most likely under other brands, since they're just selling off the company and so forth?? It's really nothing to freak out about, you just have to look for what comnpanies acquire them.

The only product of theirs I like are Ding Dongs.

The thing is, they have a few brands that are basically the same as the Hostess brands. Though Little Debbie generally has the higher quality. THey're both pretty low quality, but Little Debbie has some quality advantages and I think they have a health food brand too. Sunbelt (Which is actually pretty good tasting, but not at all really healthy!)

Well, the regulars over at Where Lunatics Dwell have their undies in a wad over this. Predictably, they're blaming the unions. Gotta love the ones defending Hostess management for looting the coffers and voting themselves pay raises before closing the company.
