Pro-life types (the actual committed ones, like Catholics) get really uncomfortable when you remind them that
Brown v. Board of Education and (especially)
Baker v. Carr had more to do with the politicization of evangelical Christianity than
Roe v. Wade ever did.
They get even more uncomfortable if you remind them that the Southern Baptist Leadership Conference had until (IIRC) 2002 language in its platform supporting
Roe.
