So I got this phone call from this person from WellCare about getting health insurance through it(I'm planning on going on one of my state's public healthcare options, called Family Health Plus, like medicaid, the difference is that you share part of the payment through co-pays, which I don't mind). The person talked so fast, plus she had an accent on top of that, I couldn't understand the number she left. Both me and my mom must've listened to the damn message about 30 times, and can't figure out the number she left, and the caller id didn't help any either. So now I have to call the main number again on Monday, and probably have to give my info all over again. I wish people who had these types of jobs would speak at a pace that you could understand them. I really want to get this healthcare crap taken care of, so I have coverage by the 1st January, when my current coverage runs out.
