Anyone noticing a trend here?
If you look at the actual IMDB page you'll see the person who made that picture has been extremely seelctive with their examples and the cast is actually quite diverse. For example, it's left out that there are two half-Indian actors playing major Hebrew Characters and then there's this guy who is playing Moses's General:

Plus, the top two billed actors are both extremely famous and popular and were probably cast as much for their ability to draw in audiences as anything else. We can debate the possibly institutionalised racist reasons why there are more big name white actors who can draw in audiences because of their big-nameness but that's kind of getting into a slightly different argument.
