If it's past week 10, the fetus is large enough that if using a suction cannula/ scalpel, there will be recognizable limbs and other body parts, and it is gruesome even though the parts are very tiny. No doctor performing this procedure is going to be completely immune to queasiness, at least below the professional detachment persona they are all trained to have. The important thing to remember is that the fetus simply does not have the nervous system and brain development in these early stages to experience anything that would qualify as actual pain, and regardless, it has been anesthetized prior to the procedure so that reflexive wriggling is dampened and thereby making the operation safer for the woman, too.
Also, I find it laughable that an actual OB/GYN who performs abortions would say that he turns to cocaine use to deal with it all. How come? Does he toot up prior to procedures? Cause ya don't do blow to ease anxiety. It's no doubt just another Lie for Jezuz and the Babbys.
