Why do they insist visible and detectable are the same thing? I'd like to see them at least try to make a decent argument.
History is full of maniacs, my friend, men and women of intelect, highly perceptive individuals, who's brilliant minds know neither restraint nor taboo. Such notions are the devils we must slay for the edification of pony-kind. Even if said edification means violating the rules of decency, society, and rightousness itself.

So... The only reason you believe in air or ultra-violet light is because you have faith in them? Or are you admitting that there is evidence for these things that aren't visual, thereby ruining your analogy?

I'd be more sympathetic if people here didn't act like they knew what they were saying when they were saying something very much wrong.

Rome did not fall from within. It spent too much money on its military while also fighting wars on multiple fronts. The Eastern Roman Empire (or Byzantine Empire) split apart from the Western Roman Empire due to a schism in the Church. Then suddenly epidemics.

Distract people with fear? I don't think it's Obama doing that. Why do these people always project like a damn IMAX?

At least spend more than five minutes on paint to create a graphic.

If they keep projecting like this they might put someone's eye out.

To be fair, some right-wingers probably thought Obama's "Social Darwinism" remark about Paul Ryan was scaremongering. The only problem is, it's completely true.

I searched for "worst political cartoons" and found plenty of this thread. I also found this (linked for size), which might be a classic of the genre, but I'll be damned if I can make sense of it.

Personally I quite like the 'shopping of that British cartoon. Obama would look boss in a redcoat.
